In September 2004 we implemented ISO 9001:2001 standard in order to improve the quality of our services. We have applied some of the relevant procedures since the beginning of our activity as we have always been aware of their importance in translation services.
However, to adjust our procedures to your requirements, we decided to implement ISO 9001:2001 standard. ISO Quality System guarantees that each translation performed at KMK will undergo all stages of verification in compliance with the established procedures, which results in a top-quality product.
